Nevermind that last post! + A new resource

Uh, nevermind my last post. I just did some research and found that the assessed value that the county has for my home is about 50K less than what my home is currently valued at. I think I'll keep my mouth shut and keep payin' what I'm payin'!

I've come across a resource that some of you readers might find useful. If you're interested in a new budgeting tool, check out PearBudget. Of course if you're a GRS reader, you've probably already checked it out. I looked thru it today, and it looks like an easy program. Let me know if it works out for you.
