The Scoop on Huey's Pop

Sorry for the lack of updates on Hegazelle, but trust me- I am busy. So as I run out the door once again, I stop in here to tell you that he is still off work. Physical therapy 3 times a week and a check up with the doctor once a week. Thank goodness we got a check from the workman's comp insurance people, even if it was significantly less than it was supposed to be due to an error in the paperwork. We found out today that his employer called the insurance company, corrected the mistake, and a check for the difference is in the mail. The sorry part is that we haven't been able to put away in savings for about 2 or 3 weeks, but the super groovy part is that because he is getting these insurance payments we are not dipping into our emergency fund in order to go on!
So for now, that's the scoop.
